Our Methodology

We start all our projects with a session of discovery. During this stage we will ask you for as much information as possible in regard to how we can help you while also gathering information about any current solutions you may have in place.

Once we are happy that we have enough information to collectively agree upon a solution we will enter a stage of decision making. During this stage we will cross the metaphorical t's and dot the metaphorical i's in order to ensure we have a clear path to delivery and an idea of what will be delivered.

At this stage we will have a fully fleshed out project which is being actively worked on by our team of developers. We will provide you with regular updates in regard to pre-agreed milestones and deliver regular updates right up until signoff from yourself.
