Ania has extensive experience in hospitality, TV and advertising. Since 2025, she has been co-founder of Making Stuffs, our software development agency, where she leads marketing and strategy. Originally from Poland, she built her career in the UK after moving here, so she understands what it takes to establish yourself in a new job market.

She has partnered with professionals, small businesses and large organisations. She has worked in permanent full-time roles, as a freelancer, and from offices in central London. She now works fully remotely as a digital nomad.

She has a degree in filmmaking, which grew out of her passion for cinema and writing.

Due to her current schedule, she can only mentor one person at a time. The programme will last six months, long enough to make a real difference. The structure will be: one catch-up a month with actionable follow-ups, and you can reach her between sessions. She is opening this round to women and non-binary people.
